VENNING CALLS ON COMMUNITY TO REPORT RUBBISH ROADS

Federal Member for Grey Tom Venning MP has launched the 'Report a Rubbish Road' campaign to highlight the severe structural neglect of regional transport corridors and local roads.

“We should not have to wait for our roads to be washed away before the Labor Government finds the money to fix them.”

“Recent heavy rainfall across the network is exposing the consequences of years of neglect, with regional roads struggling to withstand extreme conditions.”

“Two out of three people who die on country roads are country people, highlighting the urgent need to invest in safer, better-maintained regional roads.”
