The Horrocks Highway between Gladstone and Laura has been reopened following a serious crash early this morning.
A just before 6 am today police and emergency services were called to the scene of the single-car rollover just North of Gladstone.
The driver of the vehicle sustained serious injuries during the crash and was treated by paramedics at the scene before being rushed to hospital.
The current status of the driver has not yet been released.
Police closed the highway to investigate the circumstances of the crash and it has since reopened with police asking motorists to take caution in the area should they need to re-examine the scene.
