Australia's three-decade stranglehold on the Frank Worrell trophy will continue after a 133-run win in the second test against the West Indies.

In a low-scoring test match with scores decreasing in each passing innings, Australia dismissed the West Indies for 143 in their final innings chase of 277.

Josh Hazelwood struck in the second over to remove opener John Campbell for a second-ball duck and put immediate pressure on the home team.

Hazelwood's wicket triggered a collapse, with Pat Cummins, Beau Webster and Mitch Starc all striking soon afterwards to leave the West Indies at 4/33.

Nathan Lyon took another three-wicket haul to clean up the tail-end and ensure Australia's victory.

In Australia's second innings, openers Sam Konstas and Usman Khawaja again struggled with scores of 0 and 2 respectively, but the middle order displayed a strong return to form.

Steve Smith top scored for Australia with 71 runs, while Cameron Green scored 52 to post his highest score since returning from back surgery in 2024.

Alex Carey was named man of the match with scores of 63 and 30 as well as four catches behind the stumps.

Australia have now retained the Frank Worrell trophy for 14 consecutive series dating back to a famous loss on home soil in 1993.
