Unbalanced healthcare for regional Australians

A report released by the Nation Rural Health Alliance in this year detailing the evidence for investment in rural healthcare in Australia, has found regional Aussies are $850 more out of pocket for health service than their city counterparts.


The report released in June had identified and 6.55 billion dollar shortfall in regional services.


The National Farmers Federation is calling on government to address the shortfall.
