Nutrien Ag Solutions named Australia’s Most Trusted Agribusiness Brand for the first time

Nutrien Ag Solutions has been named Australia’s most trusted agribusiness brand in Roy Morgan’s 2025 Farmer Agribusiness Brand Trust Survey. It’s the first time the company has taken out the top position, also coming first place in the Agribusiness Products and Services category.
The annual survey measures customer sentiment across more than 70 brands, based on feedback from over 1,000 Australian farmers. Companies are ranked not only on trust but also on low or negligible levels of distrust.
Roy Morgan CEO Michele Levine said trust was a critical driver in the agricultural sector.
“Nutrien’s result reflects strong engagement with farming communities and consistent service delivery across a broad range of inputs,” she said.
Also new to the top of the rankings was crop protection and seed technology company Nufarm, named the most trusted chemical and fertiliser brand, ahead of last year’s winner Bayer Crop Science.
Six brands retained top positions in their respective categories, including Zoetis, Bendigo Bank, GrainCorp, Meat and Livestock Australia, Norco and Ridley. The agribusiness trust awards are considered a key indicator of farmer sentiment and brand loyalty.
