Flow FM's commercial radio service for Remote North Western Victoria and South West New South Wales has been expanded with 96.9FM switching on during the weekend.

Cullulleraine, Meringur, Werrimull, Morkalla, Lindsay Point, Ned's Corner, Western Sunraysia and in NSW areas West of Wentworth to the SA Border can enjoy the new radio sunrise in Sunset Country and beyond.

Flow FM provides Contemporary music along with News, Regional Affairs, Agricultural Reporting that can be sampled on the Flow podcast player here and Local Sport coverage that can be sampled here.

The 96.9 Flow FM radio service augments the station's Northern Mallee 95.3 FM radio service and increases radio coverage for remote smaller towns.

Flow FM Managing Director Wayne Phillips was on site with the installation team and said "We are delighted with coverage from the new 96.9 Flow FM service with testing indicating good signal strength across the Millewa area."

Local electrical, air-conditioning, and accommodation providers were sourced for the project.

In 2023, the service will incorporate increased coverage and content for the area. Flow FM already has regular political interviews across Federal, State and Local government sectors and is a leader in discussion on the Murray Darling Basin discussion along with daily agricultural reporting.
