A 67-year-old man in the United Kingdom attempted to rob multiple banks over the course of two weeks by using handwritten notes threatening the cashiers to hand over money.
His handwriting was so poor that the cashiers were unable to understand the note and he walked away empty-handed.
On his third attempt at robbing a bank, that cashier handed over $2,400 and called the police.
The man was arrested on suspicion of robbery and two counts of attempted robbery, according to police.
He pleaded guilty to all three offences and was given a six-year extended sentence.
One can only hope that he repeatedly writes that extended sentence until he gets it write.
I weep for the future of mankind.
