Stamp duty concerns, unfair contract terms & vet shortages.


South Australian Grain Producers have welcomed a much needed change to fertiliser contracts .


Suppliers in the fertiliser industry have agreed to amend their contract in response to unfair contact terms.


The ACCC investigated the unfair terms, which included buyers rights to raise issues with defects with the goods.


New South Wales farmers have given evidence at inquiry to address the shortage of veterinary services.


Solutions put forward include, bring back workers to Australia and to have government support to bring private sector in addressing bio security issues.


Victorian Farmers Federation report there should be no new taxes on farms, the VFF is disappointed on the Victorian Government stance one on stamp duty.


The VFF is concerned about more young farmers needing to enter into the land buying market.
